However, we understand that circumstances may arise where you may need to request a refund. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase or subscribing to our services.

Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds under the following circumstances:

  • Technical Issues: If you encounter technical issues or difficulties that prevent you from using our application as intended, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Dissatisfaction with Service: If you are dissatisfied with our services or the features provided by the Townclub - Society Management App and wish to discontinue your subscription.

Refund Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  • Contact Support: Reach out to our customer support team via email at apptownclub@gmail.com and provide detailed information about the reason for your refund request.
  • Verification: Our support team will review your request and may require additional information to verify your eligibility for a refund.
  • Resolution: Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will process your refund within a reasonable timeframe. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

Non-Refundable Items

Please note that certain items are non-refundable:

  • Subscription Fees Already Utilized: Refunds will not be provided for subscription fees already utilized during the subscription period.
  • Third-Party Services: Any fees or charges incurred for third-party services integrated with the Townclub - Society Management App are non-refundable.

Refund Limitation

Please be aware that refunds will only be issued within the 15-day cool-off period. After this period has elapsed, refunds will not be processed, and purchases will be considered final.

Refund Processing Time

Up to 15 business days after Cancellation of Subscription.

Cancellation of Subscription

If you'd like to unsubscribe from the Townclub App, you can do so within 15 days of your subscription. Upon cancellation, your access to premium features will be revoked at the end of the current billing cycle.
